Sir, wala po tayong hot sauce. Siling Labuyo po ang nilagay ko.
The cheese did nothing.
Lesson learned - don't let anyone else reinterpret your recipe and make sure that all your prior instructions are clearly understood.
But hey, i was able to salvage what remained of the sauce. It's a lot more tolerable now.

I would say that it looks pretty tasty, however, the rampant number of traps i've seen in other threads makes me wanna hold my tongue for now.
