Do any of you know how to make pizza from scratch? I need to know from people who have experience. I've been hanging around a pizza making forum and will be attempting one of the two recipes later. To be honest, I'm a bit worried since this'll be the first time I'll be using yeast.

with regards to yeast....better make sure that you use a certain type....
Fresh yeast =/= dry yeast
use 1/3 of Dryeast : fresh

Have a clean environment and make sure that you don't overproof it.
