Worse, he doesn't appear to learn from past mistakes. Dangerous traits in a military leader responsible for the lives of hundreds of thousands of troops and the successful prosecution of war strategy.

McChrystal was forgiven once. I don't see how he can possibly survive this second episode of public insubordination.

Our military leadership simply will not stand for it.
