^This is why I have far more respect for Pacman than Mayweather.

He may have run for congressman, but damn it, at least he's an all-around nice guy outside the ring to his friends, family, and even his opponents.

It's hard to find a pro boxer these days who doesn't have some sort of serious personal issues.
A lot of the arrogant asshole fighters I've seen speak fruent engrish.
DepEd: No homework on weekends
http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/breakingnew...n-weekends

Am I the only one who is not happy with this news?

Here we are, lamenting about how dumb RP is becoming, and now DepEd thinks it's good form to actually encourage the little buggers to study less?

Thanks guys - you have just sabotaged these kids' chances of ever getting a job outside working at a fucking call center!

Bleedin' idiots.

These people might have a hard time adjusting at college and work in the future, especially how college and work are usually both taking some of our free-time (sometimes, you just won't be able to finish that in 1-2 days). My youth was never ruined nor boring when I used to do homeworks back in elementary.

Edit: Just fixed a gram errors when I looked back at the topic.
Too many "smart" brainwashed minds crammed in that overpopulated country and it'll tear itself apart LOL Or maybe just remove those pointless subjects like Filipino, SIBiKA AT KULTURA and Religion from the curriculum.

Saddest news I've read this week.

Definition of irony in literature:

Segway CEO dies after riding two-wheeled scooter off cliff

Quote:The UK's Daily Telegraph has just reported that Segway company owner Jimi Heselden died after accidentally riding one of his company's machines off a cliff.

According to The Daily Telegraph, multimillionaire businessman Jimi Heselden was inspecting his North Yorkshire estate while mounted on one of his company's products, a rugged terrain version of the two-wheeled Segway scooter.

Heselden had apparently fallen into a nearby river while riding his Segway, and both he and his machine were found by a passer-by around 11:40am on Sunday, September 2.

Gunman opens fire at University of Texas, kills himself

It has been forty years since the last shooting on the same campus. Fortunately this time no one else got injured (except for the gunman who offed himself with a Kalashnikov). Blink

From the news source:

Quote:"I want you to understand how he lived. He was a very smart guy, very intelligent, excellent student. He wouldn't or couldn't hurt a fly," he said, reading from a prepared statement. "This is a great shock to me and my family. There was nothing prior to this day, nothing that would lead any of us to believe this could take place."

I'll take COULDN'T for $10,000, Alex.

Seriously, the man opens fire with a Kalashnikov, doesn't hit anybody, and the only time he actually hits somebody is when he shoots himself?

I think we just found this year's Darwin Awardee We're not worthy
