Rayleonard 04-ALICIA White Pearl Ver.
The newest addition to Kotobukiya‘s Variable Infinity line has just been announced. This time, it is a White Pearl version of the Rayleonard 04-Alicia from Armored Core at the 1/72 scale. The kit is scheduled for release on September 2011 at a price point of ¥5,500.
FROM Software and Famitsu have once again successfully hosted a live demonstration of the upcoming Armored Core V. The latest footage reveals more specific game mechanics and options. See the recorded video and a summary below.
Niji of Armored Core Universe once again provides us with the latest Armored Core V information. This time she shares with us her painstaking translations of some Armored Core V screenshots, which reveal several of the attributes involved in Armored Core assembly.
Shortly after the live demo last May 13th, lots of additional information on Armored Core V was released through the Famitsu site. The details of the article have since been translated and posted by an anonymous poster on popular imageboard 4Chan, and then graciously shared to us by Niji of Armored Core Universe. And now we pass on this information to you.

Armored Core V’s live demo was finally aired last night, much to the delight of Armored Core fans everywhere. See the video below in case you missed it or want to watch it again.
The footage showcases such things as the shin-shield, fold-out sniper rifles, wall-jumps, quick boosts and overboosts, and even an AC shoulder tackle or knee strike.
The latest issue of Famitsu magazine reveals several bits of new information, such as a closed beta testing period before the game’s release some time in October, 2011 and the ¥7,800 retail price. A live demo of the game is also scheduled for streaming tomorrow, May 13th, from 21:00 until 23:00 (UTC+9).
Meanwhile, the Armored Core Facebook page was recently updated with lots of new screenshots, which reveal quite a bit about the game. Some of the more interesting ones are featured below.
New information on Armored Core V, such as a new Mercenary System, has recently been revealed on several Japanese gaming sites, which unfortunately, we can’t understand. But there’s always Cacophanus of Mecha Damashii, who was, as usual, gracious enough to fill in the details for the English-speaking crowd. Head on over there to read about it.
The only bit of information that we can add comes from a comment on Armored Core Official stating that AC-assembly is now possible mid-sortie. How exactly this will be handled is yet to be revealed.
