Armored Core V – Cinematic Exposé

J.E_Magog in the forums just made an exposé of FromSoft’s apparent liberal use of real-life references for the recently unveiled Armored Core V cinematic.

Scratch-Built Spirit of Mother Will from Armored Core: for Answer

The dauntingly massive Arms Fort Spirit of Mother Will from Armored Core: for Answer comes to you as a (not-so-massive) scratch-built model from the same guy who brought to us the recently featured Phosphorus Armored Core.

Armored Core V – Trailer / CG Opening Cinematic

FromSoft’s own YouTube channel just got updated with the full version of the Armored Core V teaser clip that was shown last June 1st. This video done in exceptionally realistic CG tells quite a bit about the game’s premise, such as the uncovering of ancient machines to be used in an ongoing war.

Uploaded a few days before the Armored Core V video are clips from the also highly anticipated (and equally amazing) FromSoft game Dark Souls. You can check all these out at the FromSoft channel.

Stop-Motion Gundam and Busou Shinki

The YouTube account CDCFL801 is totally packed with pain-staking stop-motion animations using various toys and figures such as Gundam and Busou Shinki. Armored Core V – CG Opening Cinematic

Update: So apparently, the video above (which has been replaced with FromSoft’s own high-quality upload) is just a snippet of the actual opening cinematic for the game. The whole thing is scheduled for June 6th. The archived footage of the full broadcast, which mostly touches on the story and missions, has also been added below.

yatagami0 on YouTube swiftly uploaded Armored Core V’s CG opening cinematic right after the conclusion of fourth live demo, which is really great for those of us who missed it!

This latest Armored Core cinematic shows some staggering detail, which probably exceeds the standards set by all their previous efforts despite being a bit shorter in length. It’ll probably look even more amazing in HD.

Now THAT’S an Armored Core: Phosphorus

An utterly underwhelming name for a very awesome looking kit, like calling everything featured in “Now That’s an Armored Core” a bunch of MTs. The creator, Reikouzi could have called it something like Firestorm, or something more well deserving.
