Finally found one. Guppy vs. Azure Knight (both from ACO).

Holy hell. I’ve never seen a tank that quick.

Some quick points I noticed:

* The grrreat number of AP you get (well, in comparison with the other ACs of this generation anyway).
* Near infinite flight.
* Turning speed is no longer a problem.
* You have the choice of going aggro or defensive at any point in the match.
* Bigger weapon payload, and possibly more ammo to go with it.

    Wow, great vid.

    But that was one hell of a tank. It was one hell of a fight also.

    Too bad it isn’t ours also. Haha. :P

    I made some recent changes to Stone Rhino and realizing that I wasted around 29 tuning points. I hope to get some more Stone Rhino videos soon.

    Yeah, we’ve already seen an abundance of what bipeds can do in this game on the Internet. :P

    Played a lot of quads yet Guppy?

    I have never really been a fan of Quads. They sapped to much energy for my tastes. Actually I never was a fan of tanks prior to AC4. I love tanks in AC4 since they were now given the ability to ground boost and the lovely quick-turn ability. Back to quads, they went from looking pretty cool (I’m an aesthetic designer) to looking like total trash. So far I only have one quad in my design list. It’s designed to stay off in the distance and take pop shots at the enemy. It’s not really good for 1-on-1. But I did gain a new love for snipers since they are about the only shell weapons that have high penetration (don’t even say it, perverts) and good overall power. If used right, snipers can deal more DPS (damage per second) than the laser weapons that pretty much ignore the barrier.

    Yo that tank design was beast. That's pure offense right there!!! :D I was always a fan of humanoid legs though, as they challenged you to make acs that were fast but challenged you in weapon loadout. I try a little bit of everything though. All the acs I ever made I tried to incorporate looks and functionality. But in AC 4 I find it rather weird that tank designs have more flight capability than bipedal ACS. Then again tankers do have lower energy drain…
