Names in Armored Core: Noblesse Oblige

When someone has been given much, much will be required in return; and when someone has been entrusted with much, even more will be required. – Luke 12:48

Pilot: R. Leonhardt (AC4), Gerard Gendelin (Armored Core: For Answer)
First Appearance: Armored Core 4

I feel it is appropriate to do a background check on one of the more recent icons to appear in the Armored Core franchise, the Noblesse Oblige, in light of the announcement of its upcoming model kit.

Kit Bashing Marathon at DT’s

Last December 27, some members got together and proceeded to Doom Trigger‘s abode for something different. Yes, there was still going to be AC, Tekken and good food, the staples of an RR meet, but this time, kit-building was to included into the mix.

Now I don’t know if this is just laziness on my part, or the fact that I’m updating this at 12:30 in the morning, but I’ll say this: I didn’t get to go to this one, sadly, so you’ll have to go by this thread and ask around to find out what happened. In any case, picture time after the jump!

Pure and Honest Rawk

Sorry J.E., but I’m sticking to being a fan of Mozy. I mean good lord, this guy (or girl) is the master of digitally painting ACs. You said it before: the movement, the depth and the drama is there. Not to mention some good old-fashioned brush techniques.

If you’ve never seen him/her paint, then you’re missing out on a LOT. That’s no understatement. Even if you’re not a hardcore Armored Core fan.

So as an act of public service and overall do-good-ing, here, a sample of the artist’s talent.

Hungry for more? If you want to do the rest of the stuff justice you’ll look at each one and watch how they come to be.

Mozy, if you’re reading this and don’t like being pimped, just shoot me a quick email and I’ll quickly turn this post into happy-land links instead. If you’re not or you do, then the world is a much better place.

Zzz…
