Checked the earlier pages, but I don't think I saw anything that looked like a solution for Strict NAT. Also, I'm just using avast free, so no firewall there. Ports have already been opened on the router, but I'm still having these problems.
Hell experienced the same thing back then. It was fixed when he stop visiting porn sites and switched to hentai. I suggest you do the same Smile

Any REAL suggestions out there?
I'm sorry I can't help you on this matter. Try searching google first.
Nada, already posted how I fixed mine and what causes the problem and thats all I can do.
Internet seems fine but the update is dling at a snail's pace!

I have no idea what's going on!
Almost forgot, if your ISP isnt providing you with a public IP. You wont be able to forward ports ever. Globe has it and it usually starts with 10.xx.xx. I just restart my router until I get something like 180.xx.xx and all ports will work.

How will I know if they are or aren't?

Check your WAN IP. It should not start with 10
WAN IP: 49.145.116.183
WAN Gateway: 49.145.96.1

I also called PLDT awhile ago regarding port forwarding. They said that "port forwarding only works for static IPs or if you have an IP Camera. Since your package (plan 1,299) gives you a dynamic IP, unfortunately, forwarding ports will have no effect on your game".

>>> What if I assign a static IP on my computer? Won't that work?

"No. Since you are getting a dynamic IP from our server, if you assign a static IP to your computer, you might not get any internet connection at all".

The agent also said that there doesn't seem to be any problem with my connection in regular use (which is true), so the problem may not be on PLDT's side, but on the game itself -__-

Yeah, same with Globe.. Have you tried restaring until you get something like 120-180 WAN IP?

Assigning a static IP on you computer wont work
Shayde have you tried using wired connection? that might help, or is there any other person using the net?
