For the Wii U sadly. Looks like Monster Hunter with giant robots.
At first I was like "ok this is like Phantasy Star" then I saw the giant transforming robot bike and now I wish this wasn't for WiiU

I looked at Metal Gear Rising's page on MG wiki and it looks like Kojima is milking the game for every penny it's worth with a shit load of pre-order bonuses from a bunch of different retailers. The T-shirt looks cool though.
