Rant - goddamned hypocrite wannabe.

rave: have another long term pc game project by feb

and another one roughly 2 weeks from now or so australian client some sort of fps shooter game

rant:

one of the online client/studio working for now longterm

were having problems with one of the other pinoy artist in the team which is supposively handling part of the 2d/concept art...

problem

A. the artist cant understand english fully...and studio vice versa cant undestand tagalog/filipino
so ended up acting like the translator for this pinoy artist and studio

B. at the start, studio is really annoyed artist is not doing his/her job, not updating the studio etc etc...

when we asked why...something to do his/her laptop is dead and needs to be fixed

so tried asking again when the laptop will be fixed?...artist is not updating again the studio for the past 2 weeks...no screenshots of the artworks and the pinoy artist even had the urge to keep asking for money/payment when he/she not updating the studio anything not even a simple line art/sketch

so yeah were giving him/her 2 weeks if still no reactions,updates or anything the studio is removing from the project or wont be hiring/getting him/her again for any future projects

rave: did a softmod on my ps2. i can run games via external HD now \o/. virtual memory cards too, so i don't have to buy new memory cards.

Rant - Apocrypha, my faithful laptop who has served me with distinction since the early part of 2008, has breathed it's last. A combination of processor and hard disk failure has finally ended it's almost five-year service to me. I do hope that it's happy in that big electronic playground in the sky.

The first month of the year is barely over and fate has already dropkicked me twice. 2013 is shaping up to be pretty bad for me so far.

rant: god, ever since the Connecticut shooting there's been a whole lot of shootings every where.

they gave me a simple quick test to work on first

if i they like it, will be handling the downloadable or extra content for the game alternate costumes etc etc pretty much the add ons

I survived the effing week and aced my tests. It felt so good to walk out of the front door before anyone else and silently going "SEE YA SUCKAS"

I still have a research paper due next week. Minimum of 5 pages. Solo. In Filipino.

Rant - attended a highschool buddy's wedding today, which is the third wedding i've been to within the past ten months. Got (unluckily) picked in the "traditional" male-female matchmaking game and ended up being the one to roll the garter up the girl's leg. Of course before i did that, i was asked to do a little dance first. Since i was already properly inebriated, i complied with no protests.

I am so never gonna try doing my RR lapdance in a suit again. The fabric constrained my limbs so i couldn't move properly and just ended up looking like an idiot.

With the exception of an essay that I have to write and a possible work shift that I have to do during University Week, it's going to be pretty chill for the next few days.

Demo was too successful one of the organizers was asking if I had a jedi suit/costume…yeah I know with this is going >_<

Anyways though there more talented martial artist though he has a point yeah but they don’t like going to conventions eh since I like going to conventions so heck why not XD kill two birds with one stone, free con entrance LOL XD

Also had to tell him depends also sa date/schedule since I have work also martial arts is just a hobby for me just happens I am pretty good at is well

Had to tell/email studios artworks will be delayed a day or two was busy at the con didn’t have much time to do work XD studios understand naman since I did them early attending a certain con and will be busy might not have time to work on their deadlines, as long I update them

One of the guest was wondering whats with the punches and kicks in the demo wala naman daw un sa arnis tinuturo XD had to explain to him because I am not coming from a pure arnis background, I also learned/practiced kung fu before so part of my techniques/movement I know are coming from kung fu which explain the punches, kicks, elbow blocks and such

XD one of my other friends sa con wanted to spar a bit sa after party
So yeah he wanted to be tossed daw…so yeah when he punched, just kinda clicked arm break (didn’t actually do it for obvious reasons) grab flip/toss then he falls to the ground well siya may gusto XD tapos at the end of the throw I posed like this ( http://images4.fanpop.com/image/photos/2...0-1924.jpg ) for the heck of it and blurted out Tiger Style throw…*then started scratching my head…*…I forgot pang ilan technique it was again XD
Friend: putcha ka picture moment na then you had to scratch your head
yeah all i remember the throw i did was under kung fu style tiger style just cant remember na png ilan >_< XD so was thinking out loud and my scratched my head...pang ilan ba un sa mga techniques ulit XD LOL
