she isn't the one that goes job hunting

mom: dapat nag aral ka na lng web design kasi yan ang uso
me: i did i flunked terribly nung college, its not my thing, i tried again didn't turn out well again, pointless focusing on a skill which i am not good at and hate at the same time
thinking in my mind "i really don't care what is uso/popular what ever works if i am good at it ill focus mostly in 3d, and a bit of other skills that would help but mostly 3d"

a few days ago

me thinking "1: you never took a 3d artist job test or do any kind of 3d graphics, 2: i already asked from professionals/forums and heck even companies/studios that i applied for and didnt pass what i need to work on none of them mentioned photography kinda pointless being good at photography because i am not applying as a photographer. 3. since she loves photography she is bound say photography is most important...you know the kind of thinking when you love something you already assume that's the most important thing"

then again earlier

me thinking ...."MONEY hello you need to start up something, two were already facing family problems issues right now, three now is not the best time...need to focus on securing that job oppurtunity at toon city and maybe in time but not now."

okay got a follow up sa toon city...the short-list is finalized already and i will be included sa training/3-6month probation status for entry level employees problem is the sched on when it will start...the higher office/branch main which is probably the Disney main studio haven't given yet on the start date...

so yeah good sign its a sure thing downside is when it will start >_<

downside is as i mentioned if i accept his offer i cant go to Toon City anymore since they don't want to hire anybody that will stay lng for a few months

so yeah bye bye dream opportunity once in life time option bihira kasi maka-opening in these kind of studios more even to actually get hired...>_<

so right now contacting my friend again if that company will accept freelance so that at least when the thing at Toon City starts it wont be a hassle for the company to look for a replacement

2. problem un sa Toon City, schedule lng kung kailan start na lng hindi pa na fi-finalize
and better opportunities and such in the long run to be honest...plus better fit ako sa kind of work they do and their connections with other studios

as for salary hindi din pwede sabihin nung i asked the interview pag mag start na un training/probation status thing tsaka lng pwede

sabi lng ng interviewer for the first 3-6 months more or less minimal salary more less around 10k or so tapos pag hired na it tends to go up dramatically since...big shot clients...>_<

for now i just feel lost...>_<

hmm okay manage to some sort of arrangement with my friend which should work for now ill just freelance/part-time for him para hindi hassle pag mag start na un sa Toon City

go with Toon City. simple reason being its a one-time chance, while you have your friend in the other company.

not exactly one time chance but just super uber rare of happening...

and yeah weighing my options between friends offer and toon city offer, its best i go with the Toon City Offer when it starts

friends offer
1. there is 1-2 month training period...with out allowance that ain't right i think under the Philippines constitution even trainees are required to be given allowance...but my friend will try to convince the studio to give allowance at least since yeah its kinda illegal not to give allowance i think as to how much depends on the studio
2. checked the connections with the studios where my friend is working at...parang hindi bagay sa akin heck i haven't heard of most of their clients >_<
3. Its a new company/office not sure if they will be stable one in the long run
4. If they cant pay for allowance what more if i work full time or do a lot of overtimes
5. its in Makati which is roughly 3 commutes rides away from home

Toon City offer
1. may allowance kasama na pretty high naman, plus pag regularized pay is high since yeah its a given...plus included the overtime time pay pa...i asked around for those who works and worked before at Toon City...sabi lng nila "basta mabibigla ka lng when you get your paycheck sa taas ng sahod...and sa kakaovertime mo hindi mo mapapansin malaki ung build up"
2. most of the clients they worked for, i watched the movies/animated series/cartoons and did research on those companies even during college and such
3. terms of hobbies/likes and such i am much better fit in Toon City
4. connections
5. Toon City is very close to home, just 1 commute ride away
6. Toon City has been around for long time, matter in fact even since disney animation studios decided to start Toon City in Philippines...Toon City been growing/expanding ever since
only downside...sched lng kung kailan start ang kulang na lng e finalize ng (i just have to wait for them to finish working on voltron force then its a go)main branch/studio plus expect a lot of overtimes XD

so bottom line yup just go with Toon City when they update me the start date

Short Rant version of a long, complicated series of events after grandpa died: FUCK the company CEO who's treating my dad's division like shit. She is a heartless, greedy bitch whose only claim to her position is because she's the fucking adopted daughter of the late CEO (grandpa's close friend). You did not build the company from the ground up, bitch - my grandfather and your dad did - so stop acting like a greedy slut that sees the company as just your milking cow. I hope you fucking die in a fire. Or get kidnapped and get your head hacked off. Same goes for your ass-kisser man-whore.

I beg to differ, as that was one of the more personal stories to come from the UC era, seeing as how it represents war from a civilian's viewpoint and how it can change one's views on life upon being exposed to the ugly side of it. Plus, it's got one of the more tragic pairings in any of the Gundam continuities. Sure it didn't have much action compared to any of the other series but the message did get hammered across pretty solidly.

At least that's my opinion.

i do like the change in viewpoint, the characters and all (sneaky kid is sneaky, and yes Ms. MacKenzie is pretty cute ). never said the show was bad. its just that i want bang bang boom boom stuff XD.

plus im watching the shows in UC chronological order, so i watched this right after the remastered version of 8th MS team. its like eating chocolate then drinking cola. the sweetness of the cola seems to disappear and you only taste the acid XD


rant: also realized i think i need to play an FPS soon. its been a while since i played a straight forward shooter. need some digital violence for release >< just noticed the games i currently play do not have the same intensity as an FPS. i mean, cmon, WoW? Minecraft? sure Tekken and MH3 has some violence in it, but not as much as in an FPS. i know theres a lot of new games out that could satisfy that need, unfortunately my laptop cant handle it -.-

I still liked MS Gundam the most.

dude, don't waste your money on a 3DS.
low battery life, shitty interbutt program, eye problem causing screen. i tried it out with cabs, apart from a gloating licence it's not much but a glorified lesser version of a ds lite. there are news that the prices will go down almost 50 dollars so just wait a couple more months or something, if you really want to buy it.

also, harsh words man, harsh - i understand your point but try to tone it down or something because , who knows, viable new members might see this and think we are all not that nice (and sexist) :c
