At first Blizzard isn't planning on making this... now they are.

I like the portraits, especially the Protoss. Though I hope they wouldn't ruin the series. I'm already a bit dissapointed on the screenshots, especially Terran. They're just too damn fat. <_<

The graphics have been based on Starcraft: Ghost, which is what I never wanted.

I hope the gameplay will prove different.

I'm happy that there's StarCraft 2... I'm unhappy that it'll probably mean the end of StarCraft. >_<

Oh please I hope they don't do anything suckie but Im confident this is gonna be a hit ... hey its blizzard were talking about ... 85% of the stuff they present always become all time hits... IMO

Btw, the lead designer for SC2 is the guy from C&C. I don't like the sound of that... but only time will tell.

Well, if anything its best that we look at the final product. I had my speculations with C&C3 when it was announced and yet it did pretty well as a multiplayer game. I was expacting that they'd make a Starcraft II, any news on the new race that might come out?

EDIT: A little further reading reveals that there is no new race... shucks.

More happiness to South Korean players.

Actually, a big chunk of hardcore SC community is quite happy about having only 3 races. It ensures a more balanced game. Although you never know... A fourth race MAY still be introduced later on.

And the reason why I'm torn is this: I'm happy about SC2 cuz it's SC2 of course! I'm just not happy because it may cause the death of a game that I love so much. Hahah.
