Single player will feature different things from multiplayer. The firebat for example will only appear in the campaigns but not in multiplayer

See Zeratul massacre some hydralisks. For the record, Zeratul reminds me of Raziel from Soul Reaver, from his fighting style to his warp blade looking like the Soul Reaver.
Ok this will sound really geeky (what's new) but I really loled when I read a post in teamliquid.net about what he thought after watching Zeratul kill those Hydralisks (most probably Hunter Killers):

It's kinda surprising that the Protoss and Zerg will have an alliance. Xel Naga seems to be a force to be reckoned with. I can smell a new race already. I just hope they don't look like Necrons from Warhammer

anyway if there will be a new race then Blizzard would be going back on their previous statement that there would not be any new races ... I think if ever the Xel Naga would not be a playable race ... as it seems they will be very powerful the professional players would have a fit with that...

on another topic is the official starcraft 2 website dead I haven't seen any updates on it for a long time.
blizzard is not going to risk adding another race to a sequel of a game considered to be perfect in the RTS society. yung mga speculation na magkakaroon ng xel'naga is B.S

i want you guys to checkout the article regarding the new campaign system blizzard will be using.
basically blizzard will release the SC2 na multiplayer ready na. but the campaign missions will be little by little released to use via battle.net because the campaign for SC2 will be too big to be released all at once.

its also a great anti pirating strategy ... orig copies get the campaigns ... pirates can do somethign on this too but yeah oh well...
There was this interview that clarifies a lot of the misconceptions about the 2 expansion packs. They said that it'll take them around a year AT LEAST for each expansion, which will continue the story and add a few units and changes too.
It's quite unlikely, but I'm not discounting the possibility of a 4th race.
a 4th race would probably ruin balance, dont count on it. and i think it is their trump card for SC3 to keep up the hype for a continuing storyline
It's not that bad. The abilities need to be upgraded PER battlecruiser. Kinda like a Carrier having to buy interceptors.
