Well, since some of the above suggestions came from me, I guess I better start defending them.
The main style that is dominant in how we play is the attacker. That is, whether through flanking, jousting or DFA tactics, we usually attack our targets directly (sorry, hindi ko na masabi ng mas maganda diyan eh, sana naiintindihan niyo yung sinasabi ko ). In PACT I, there were only one or two fortresses, depending on how you look at it (Leperman's Halimaw and beatkiller's Apocalypse, and they weren't real quiet ones if you've seen how they were used), and one who played using mainly peek-a-boo tactics (Twin-Skies' Nito'ichi Mk. II). The rest were mainly bladers and dual gunners.
Dahil dun yung mga rason para sa part bans. They are aimed to stop giving too much advantage to the highly mobile and highly accurate AC.
Lemur2 and Loris on anything other than a blader - acts as a defense buffer especially when rushing, and arms generally don't break that easy either, plus it promotes variety in designs
TP - makes LR's inherent problems with weapon accuracy worse
all ECM pods - ECM stacking makes screwing up your opponent's FCS unstoppable
ROE2 extensions - adds more ammo and killpower to the most accurate guns in the game
Pegasus on anything other than a tank - Pegs provide too much speed for any other legset, same ang effect nila ng TP boosters on gameplay
H3 handguns - at roughly 5000 heat per round, with 110 rounds, at an accuracy of 990 (greater than either the Wraith or 69H), this is a very very good rifle with the weight of a handgun, kahit na hindi siya i-dual wield
Now about the map bans:
Site-S - too little space for tactics, promotes blind rushing, which is corny
Barn Arena - too little space for movement, and the walls that you hit every other half-second are annoying, hehe
Training Space - just like Arena, only smaller and more conducive to rushers
Of course, like it says up top, these are all still subject to discussion.

Alright the above post is technically half-mine and half-GH's so this really isn't a double post.
So here are my votes for additional bans:
frame parts:
UA Core w/ Hangered guns (hangered laser blades are allowed)
LEMUR2 w/ dual guns (including hangered arm guns) Blades on the left are allowed
LORIS w/ dual guns (including hangered arm guns). Blades on the left are allowed
Reason: The parts mentioned surpasses any other part in their class. They're simply too good for their weight. Therefore, banning these are actually for promoting more diversity in part-choices.
Suggestions: Definitely ban the LORIS for dual-gunners. But how about allowing LEMUR2 for dual-gunners if it's left untuned? Also, allow left arm shields for LORIS and LEMUR2 users since shields are pretty much the opposite of blades anyway. I'd also suggest allowing left-arm guns for LORIS and LEMUR2 IF they either have a parry blade or no gun on the right arm.
weapons:
Hangered ROC4 - too good for its weight. having this in the hanger is like having an extra Shade. It's just wrong.
Hangered HP - almost too good for its weight. having this in the hanger is like having an extra rifle.
Hangered H3 - too much ammo, too much heat. we were thinking of allowing this as a single-wielded weapon... but that depends on what other people think.
ROE2 laser ammo extensions - This part makes some of the best guns in the game even better.
Bannable Maps:
BARN ARENA - too stupid.
CYBERSPACE - makes screen grainy. stupid pillar-positioning.
SITE-S - too small
TRAINING SPACE - too small
The map with the LAVA - no one likes burning
The map in space with the floating platforms - no one likes falling
DECK CAGE - too small.
LABORATORY - the most bottom arena-like part of this is too small.
SPACEPORT: Roof is too low. Too many pillars.
HOLE AQUA - It's also too small.
RUIN - Too small. Too many obstacles.
STRUCTURE - too many pillars. roof is low. the 2nd floor has holes.
ABANDONED FACTORY - playable, but this roof is still rather low.
Yes I know I want a lot of maps banned, especially the ones with low roofs. The reason for that is because they make some weapons useless, such as verts. Also, the maps that are small are too advantageous to rushers. We want maps that make things relatively equal for all types of ACs. For me, Armored Core should be AC vs. AC and not AC vs. the playing field.
EDIT: I concur to everything posted by GH.
EDIT 2: I added more maps to ban.
I'll add more when I get to play again Edits in bold.

On the Lemur2 and Loris issues. Under the current rules, they're usable by single wielding a right-arm gun, and a blade, if the user wants, and nothing else (no hangar weapons).
My suggestion is that we lessen that rule on the arms, and allow L-arm shields to be held (still no hangars allowed). In my opinion, L-arm shields and blades are pretty much equivalent. Blade gives the the AC an ability to deal large amounts of damage in a single slash. But in return, puts the AC in high-risk situations. The shield, on the other hand, gives the AC extra DEF (mostly on either Shell or Energy). But in return, it reduces offensive capabilities of the AC (no extra ranged or melee attack), and it doesn't protect the AC all-over, so it may be ineffective at certain situations.
On the H3: Single-wielding it may be possible. First of all, it is unusable at mid-long range. Also, it doesn't have a high attack power. But what makes it "bannable" is its incredible attack heat. But on single wielding, it's heating property is more of a support attack (compared to dual wielding/hangaring the H3)meant for increasing the effectiveness of other weapons on the opponent (H3+GL, H3+BP, H3+any high power/high heat gun), which, IMO, is a tactical offensive weapon, not a bannable part as long as its single-wielding. Anyway, there are many ways to escape the from close-in ACs that uses handguns.
So what do you guys think?

UA with hangered laser blades and parry blades sounds good to me. Anything that will encourage blading is very much welcome.
EDIT: We're encouraging all members of Raven's Republic to post their ideas here. Everyone's input helps.
EDIT2: LOL Di pala pwede i-hanger ang parry blades.

Agreeing on most things so far.
One thing though, parry blades can't be hangered. Please fix.

But still, it's nice to keep the door open for opportunity.

Parrying Blades or Lances in my terminology are only good for AI...
Now...
I have an idea...
What if we seperate battles by the AC's performance ranking like this...
E-E, E-D, D-D, D-C, C-C, C-B, B-B, B-A, A-A, A-S, S-S
It started when I notices that a few AC's get outperformed in battle, hence increasing the winning chance of high level ravens using high level AC's...
Kumbaga eh, Itapat natin yung AC nila sa kalevel nya, hindi yung parang ipinakain na natin yung noob sa leon...
That way, the only thing that will seperate ravens are their skills...

That way, the only thing that will seperate ravens are their skills... That's a good idea, if it can be proven from testing to effectively even the grounds in combat. We'll need two testers of around the same skill level for that.
There are problems regarding this though. The rating system in the game is not something I'd trust my AC's performance to. Equipping the Lotus gives you an E in energy, but it refreshes much faster than the G91 or the Fudoh, especially without the EC optional part. Another example would be the Ragora, which gives you an S in cooling most of the time, yet is on par with the Ananda's cooling performance when getting hit. Granted, these examples border on usage rather than purely statistics, but unfortunately the two are very closely meshed together in the game. Separating one from the other would prove to be rather difficult.
Basically I'm saying, there has to be another way of determining the ranking of ACs if we're going to push through with this. If no way can be found, then the random pairings would have to suffice.

There is actually...
But it is yet to be proven...
It's from the AC's Attack, Mobility and Defense Stats...
Maybe we can take it from those three stats, instead of using the usual six...
If we can get the calculations on how to get an AC's perfomamce ratings, we can formulate an equation for a ranking with just three stats...
I'm logging out....

you get a really good boost with you attack rating when you slap on a pixie3.....but that weapon takes longer to kill someone and you have to be very close for it to be of any use, as proven by my thundershot mk. III.

I just want to put the PEGASUS for some reason, so I propose it be allowed except in combination with the Vulture2, TP, Vulture, and Birdie 2. One is sacrificing both back slots anyway, so what do you guys think?
I also agree with single weilding the H3, Blades on the UA, shields on the LORIS and LEMUR2.

Btw, I agree with Leperman's suggestion on the PEGASUS. It'll promote more variety in boosters. PEGASUS is also allowed on tanks right? How about on Hovers?
