Rick and I had a pretty good talk over the ROE2. The conversation:

leperman: You're adding risk in the start of the match
leperman: and I think its just as valid as relation missiles as an option
leperman: as an extension part I mean
leperman: of course, not with the 98L
mix: ah, i see
mix: i get your point, but see all the other laser rifles have pretty good accuracy too
leperman: ROE2 + 98L = energy RS with 60 rounds
mix: and they're no slouch on the attack power either
leperman: The HOLLOW is a very good Laser rifle set, but think of the risk. That + the ROE2 weighs more than the BP, plus it take up more weapon slots
leperman: And think about this: It can encourage part diversity
mix: sabagay
leperman: No one used a laser rifle during PACT1
mix: that's one argument which always wins over me XD
mix: AC diversity

leperman: Allowing the ROE2 can encourage the use of laser rifles
leperman: well, except with the 98L
leperman: Its an RS that consumes energy, but has 60 rounds!
mix: but what about this? use the ROE2 one time then drop it
mix: you immediately rid yourself of the drain and weight
mix: but have near full ammo again
leperman: Fair use
leperman: it takes time to unload 12 rounds even on the hollow
leperman: and for that, just use the ROE
leperman: Just curious: what do you think of the ROE
leperman: Just the ROE
mix: it's more balanced since it's single use
mix: hahaha
mix: that's the best way i can put it
leperman: But with the ROE2?

leperman: The ROE2 is safe as long as its not with the 98L

Frankly, he showed me very good arguments, none of which I could deny.

Because of this, just around 30 minutes after making my first post, I'm starting to see things his way (and NiX's and maitreya's too).

What do you guys think?
