On the Lemur2 and Loris issues. Under the current rules, they're usable by single wielding a right-arm gun, and a blade, if the user wants, and nothing else (no hangar weapons).
My suggestion is that we lessen that rule on the arms, and allow L-arm shields to be held (still no hangars allowed). In my opinion, L-arm shields and blades are pretty much equivalent. Blade gives the the AC an ability to deal large amounts of damage in a single slash. But in return, puts the AC in high-risk situations. The shield, on the other hand, gives the AC extra DEF (mostly on either Shell or Energy). But in return, it reduces offensive capabilities of the AC (no extra ranged or melee attack), and it doesn't protect the AC all-over, so it may be ineffective at certain situations.
On the H3: Single-wielding it may be possible. First of all, it is unusable at mid-long range. Also, it doesn't have a high attack power. But what makes it "bannable" is its incredible attack heat. But on single wielding, it's heating property is more of a support attack (compared to dual wielding/hangaring the H3)meant for increasing the effectiveness of other weapons on the opponent (H3+GL, H3+BP, H3+any high power/high heat gun), which, IMO, is a tactical offensive weapon, not a bannable part as long as its single-wielding. Anyway, there are many ways to escape the from close-in ACs that uses handguns.
So what do you guys think?
