No, but it knocked the other guy down and allowed him to GnP the guy until the end of the round, which effectively won him the round and the match -and- the title, because scorecards were 2-2 each at that point.

In all seriousness though, he’s most likely not blazing right now as he has a fight coming up. Heavy smokers tend to have short fuses when they go without for a while. It goes away after a few months.
