hand looks wierd

Not really.

Hands actually look weird in some angles.
But I say since it's in anime style, remove some creases on her skin and leave that to the coloring.

Her left upper arm is bent a bit too much. And the flow on her skirt, which doesn't match the position of her legs, makes it look like there's a bulge under there. But otherwise, it's really cute. And the coloring is excellent.
