just some suggestions for a change... for the upcoming tourneys

if we could build AC's with:
*no-radar Head parts (and back unit radar will not be allowed)
*arm weapons that can be dual wielded (left and right exclusive parts will be out) (maybe we can let the blades and shields pass)

and also, AC1 arena music will just a nice add for the future replays...especially the soundtrack "9" for the finals Clapping
