I choose the psychotic witch because for one a yandere succubus can mind fuck you in your sleep and put you under her illusions, not to mention she'll destroy anything that hogs your attention from her.
The homicidal alraune, well the house may have plants in some rooms so best to shit un the kitchen sink then in the can cuz it may have devoured the septic tank/sewerline. Also it can be hiding in the walls and bind you down as well.
