Guess it doesn't matter to me if it's for tentacle porn or not (seems more likely just a pun). Either way, I MUST CUT OFF MY ARMS! MY LEGS TOO!

Actually, forget about it. If that happened, then my gaming days would be over. What I need is a prosthetic arm that can transform into a tentacle and a human hand.

Who said anything about needing to lop off limbs?
The point is that somebody made a robotic tentacle that's portable and rugged enough for personal use.
I can think of other ways of using the tech without having to amputate anything. Observe, Exhibit A
