This reminds of a chat game I played with some people during my MH Tri days. Basically we typed "Pushes a button" and we would type a random action like "It rain muffins." Unfortunately it escalated pretty quickly and before we knew it the buttons turned into "blow up the world" and "fuck off" buttons. But yeah I know this is totally different from what you're saying Serene.

and yey a few of my sketches, designs the boss liked it very much...others oh well needs
a few revisions but ei that's how it works in an actual studio anyways revisions will happen one way or another

since its indie well downside about being indie is

1. "independent" so technically were not an official studio so don't expect it
be as good quality as a official physical studio

2. pay is after the project depends on how well the game will sell

C. 3 freelance projects...1 confirmed but no deadlines or when the project will start...mga 3d animation (ship interiors, ship parts...probably something you would see in a game design studio so sounds fun to work on) for some sort a series of tutorial

1 for digital dodge animation studios...still not yet confirmed when this freelance project will be following on that one

and the third one kakaemail lng kanina another indie game dev studio baka magpapagawa ng mga 3d models etc so yay game design :3...dont know the full details yet though

I applied as a 3d artist...funny thing is they gave me a something more in the lines of a graphic artist test thing...I did warn them though graphic design is not one of my strong points...but i am willing to do whatever it takes to finally land me a full time job in an animation or game studio rather doing it just as a freelance thing
I know this is a game art website thing
basically I just want opinion from other people hmmm if you were the employer
if I pass this part the studio will just train me with the other skills etc since I mentioned in my application I haven't worked full time in an animation and game studio yet, freelance yes but not yet full time but I would love to work full time in an animation or game studio
when I showed my 3d samples luckily the CEO was kind enough that at least he kind of saw potential so he just told in a way when this new studio is set up of course he will need to hire a whole new 3d team, the veteran 3d artist that he will hire for this new studio will just train me to improve my skills further so he sent a simple graphic design logo test
in your opinion did I follow the instructions you requested? and in your opinion pass or fail?
The Font and Layout I can't change that's what the client wanted
just wanted to make sure i manage to meet all the requirements o f the client in your opinion

Random thought: While talking about downloading pirated music and headphones with a (male) friend who just had a baby girl, I just realized how much happier I was when I was a kid when it came to music appreciation. I used to sit down all afternoon making mixtapes while switching between stations -- because there was no internet and I didn't have money for CDs or headphones. Now it's always just seeking out the next musical "high", because there's too much choice whether it relates to media or hardware. The guy I was talking to is really into high end audio systems that cost into the tens of thousands of dollars, but he doesn't plan on spoiling his daughter early on either.

Back before most of us had internet connection there were not really "superior" hardwares to worry about (at least in terms of the tape player that we use), nor the DRM crew that is prowling about now adays. When the internet finally shows up with its near infinite download (that for starters already vary in quality in terms of bit-rates) and purchase options, whatever magic that was there years ago was gone.

Is access to this many information over the internet - which we do not even have the time to digest anymore, such a boon?

rant: digital dodge is the local special effects/animation company that handled the 3d for Shake Rattle and Roll, IMORTAL etc etc...

so bottomline like the work and at least its production work for an animation studio but i just hate the clients/producers/content they have to deal with....

so this is just a temporary thing anyways assuming i get the job for the freelance project...
i really prefer non local clients...
really prefer working for studios like Toon City etc basically ones that handle non local clients...just that i really hate philippine local cinema/tv show content mostly
