Just read this now. I think if some 50-year old dude spoke to me enthusiastically about Miku, I'd smile cautiously and talk to him for about 2 minutes, then run away fast
Besides, ponies are the in thing now! Vocaloid was soooo last year
so if a 50-year old dude talked to you about ponies, you won't run away? XD

^ Seems like you're bipolar. Random mood swings are one of its symptoms.

that or manic-depressive, or eccentric, or crazy, or insane. i like insane. coz you know, in sane. so like, crazy inside being normal.
seriously tho, i went to a psychiatrist before and the findings were some chemical imbalance stuff. unfortunately, the medicine she gave me was too strong. this helped trigger a nervous breakdown. i went for a second opinion and i was taken off the strong medication and given something else. that's several years ago. im stable now...i think.

Everybody gets depressed sometimes. I wish people could just turn off their brains once in a while, because introverts especially tend to brood over things way too much than what's healthy for them. Usually with humans and thinking it's either always off or always on.

Since video games were already proven to be effective in treating PTSD, I am pretty sure they would work for other psychological problems.

im an introvert so i know that quite well. while you cant really turn off your brain, i find just putting on headphones and blasting music makes me stop thinking. that or i watch pron mwhahahaha. i know. wtf right? but i dunno the repetitive motions sorta hypnotize me or put me in a trance like state.

@ Zero_kanipan:
Exercising also helps too in case you aren't doing it. Makes your mood much lighter for some reason. The harder part is willpower though.
RR is mostly composed of introverts anyway; even I can't turn my mind off when needed. If possible just try to vent it out on something more productive or lulzy, whatever works. You could say that you can just as easily lose yourself within your thoughts as much as how an extrovert can lose him/herself with loudmouthed bogus crap, so tread carefully.

Reality Tv shows that you like and know are also a good way to relax. For me it was mostly anxiety attacks. Not very fun when it's late at night.

There are two things that I will always laugh at: "Yuno F***ing Gasai" and something else.

when i was still on an 8 hour schedule i did weights. but now its really hard to find the energy to exercise after 12 hours of work and the rush hour commute (actually its the rush hour commute that drains me the most hahaha)
@ Sirius140
i had to deal with anxiety attacks for a good year or so after i had a breakdown a few years back. i definitely agree it's not fun at all.
