I've heard stories like this from my friends as well. They registered but their names did not appear in the voter lists.

In other news... Erap is in second place.

While waiting for my brother to finish voting, I heard some voters, siguro nasa 18-19 years old, and I heard that 2 of them voted for Erap. Kasi raw malelegalize ang sugal. Can you get this? I think ERAP is the best candidate for this up coming election.
After all the issues, he never left the philippines, nor escaped the authorities and hide abroad…
It is clear that his he have a good concious…
The only mistake he did was trust people who took advantage of his goodness and openness…
