Only thing I see overdone on blacksmith nerf was that increased manacost/decreased base and gain of int. Ouch. He went from 'Hmm, pretty fine.' to 'Utter useless intel.'

- Flaming Hammer manacost no longer scales with Mulitcast

Chronos
- Damage removed from leap
- Chronofield won't freeze swiftblade if he is mid-ult anymore

Hellbringer
- Summoning Malphas now has new ground effects

Madman
- Snare debuff stuff removed from Stalk

Maliken
- Manacost on heal sword removed
- Self hurt from flame sword changed to 6,9,12,15 from 5,10,15,20

Pollywog Priest
- Cooldown of wards is now 110/95/80 from 110 at all levels

Succubus
- Manacost of ult is now 150/250/350 from 200/300/400

Treant
- Eyes are now stealthed and become revealed when a hero comes into the 300 reveal range

Valkyrie
- Arrow is no longer "Physical"
* This means it will hit someone who has void talisman active
