Hmm... Before I got married I used a workout without any equipment a chinup bar helps but if you dont any tree or doorway will do... check out convict conditioning by Coach Wade....
My work out was as follows:
50 Push ups -- you can use the wall or the floor depending on your fitness level even against a table...
20 Chinups -- if you cant do a chinup... you can start by doing chinups under the table...
50 squats
20 leg raise -- best done on a chinup bar... if you dont have one you can use the edge of your bed
20 Bridges -- any floor or on your bed... if you cant do a bridge then do hip raises first...
5mins plank...
