It's not that we condone the usage of TP that much. We just avoid it because most of us base our designs on an agreed set of PvP rules throughout the community.
So yeah, use TP all the way if you want, but it would be a slap in the face if it was used in a tournament where it's banned in the first place.
Oh, and I actually meant about the XS having low def. MACAQUE might do. Besides, there's your mom to always comment on anyway.
