I really wish I could pull of some of that stuff you do
Eto ginagawa ko. 1 week palang. Sana malampasan ko to ng 1 month.
-Tricep Dip= 20(5 sets)
10kg single arm:
-Wrist to bicep curl(seated)= 10 reps x4 (5 sets)
-Upright Row to reverse wrist curl(standing)= 10 reps x4 (5 sets)
