I finished Planetarian: Chiisana Hoshi no Yume, and cried for 30 minutes after the game ended.

Yeah, Yumemi dies in the end, but her last words were among the most touching things I've ever read. "Don't let heaven be split in two. Don't let there be a heaven for robots, and a heaven for humans. Let there be one heaven where we can both live with together in happiness" (Well, her last words were along those lines) those words provide a counterpoint to the idea that machines will have no need for humans once they reach technological singularity (Machines and technology evolving by themselves without the need for human intervention, and suiting the needs of machines). Her lines reflect an idea where robots machines can co-exist with humans in everyday life such as seen in Astro Boy, despite being just a cartoon. This game is also the reason to why I am no longer afraid of a future as seen in the Matrix and in the Terminator, where machines rule with a literal iron fist.
