You can try changing the head for S4 or EYE3 for more stability.
Your hover is classified as a heavyweight. You'll have to change your AC's configuration if you plan on winning against humans and then swap the legs for something faster. Hovers are made to be fast and to chase an opponent, rush and then break the enemy's legs as fast as you could (Simply in my own view). If your opponent manages to destroy your legs, it's all over. Regardless of your defense, they could just as easily out-turn you and go for the killing. Try experimenting with turn boosters.
