I tested this design against the "Buffalo" AC in vs mode. First battle turned out pretty badly, since the opponent had a high heat energy weapon too, which prevented me from firing rounds quickly. Being too slow to backtrack made my position worse (in addition to making the mines not-so-useful). Second battle, used extensions and placed in histon + phage optional parts, won easily over "Buffalo"
Next, I tried battles against "Elk", got beaten really badly because of the small lockbox and the inability to dodge missiles (have you ever tried dodging by using the blade? Might work
). I suggest using the WBW98G dual grenade launcher as a back weapon instead to reduce energy consumption, and using volute as an FCS. Also, I don't think blades work well with heavy types. What about a WH01HP instead?
Arms, try A98A2 instead for more AP if you do decide to drop the blade. "Arms overweight" penalty is insignificant anyway. Medusa instead of (*ahem* useless) Urchin, since a tank isn't the best at dodging missiles.
