I agree with Leperman's idea on the GULL and VULTURE2, you can't probably just boost when on the starting phase when you're using the GULL 'cause it's too hot. Once you boost while the OB starts your heat goes up to about 500 or 470+. Unless if you've mastered the jumping method before you could OB.
