Try changing the head to the SR2 for more EN defense or the EYE3/4 if you're short on weight. Also try to change the arms to the GIBBON or MACAQUE for a decent EN defense upgrade. For the FCS, try the VOLUTE, it will have a slower missile lock time, but at least it'll give you a balanced lock-box but thats just a preference of mine.
Overall its a good design with balanced weapons for both offensive and defensive purposes. The MT + RM3 is definitely something to look out for, and adding the GAST in the mix can confuse your opponent's dodging pattern. The RL + GAST is a pretty basic bread-and-butter weapon system that can handle most situations, just look out for faster ACs that can go zip by your lock box.
That's for the basic setup.
For the Mid-range setup, I'd recomend the BIG (81G) and the SYLPH as weapon combinations while trying to fit in some hanger weapons in the event the 81G and the SYLPH run out. The 81G seems to be more accurate then the mini grenade launcher, and the SYLPH has a faster shot velocity than the M2 IIRC, meaning more shots may land on their target.
