But wouldn't that spell even more trouble for Ravens as a whole? It's something I never understood: who actually controls the Pulverizers? Who selects their targets? Surely it wasn't Vertex, or Alliance? Maybe it was a Controller-type AI, overseeing all things? If so, then these Pulverizers, being beefed up from battling all the great pilots that were left, would respawn better, faster and stronger, making life even harder for the remaining Ravens. Was this Jack's goal? Or was it to find out who was the strongest one of all, the Dominant, the Last Raven? (Note: these are real questions I'd like to know the answer to, not rhetorical ones
