On the screens, I've seen them before, but I forgot where. Honestly, I'm hoping that its just an early version of what we're really going to see in the final game. I know AC4 is a first-generation PS3 game, but I'm sure From can do much better with its hardware than that. I've seen some of the other PS3 games in the pipeline... their maximum draw range and detail seems to be both higher than these. Too much 'smokiness' in the pictures... not enough draw distance.
But the action itself looks to be promising. More of flying around and maneuvering... I just hope it's all balanced though. I don't want AC to become sorta like ZOE where you can constantly be in the air... I want AC to retain many of its former game mechanics. They're part of the reason as to why skill can dominate in the game, if its policed right (and by that I mean banning certain parts from play).
And the speed! I think I've said this before in Serene's thread (same video BTW :tongue
, it does equal that of ZOE's. I'd love to get my grubby paws on this game, and soon.
