old armored core bosses like the various giant mts of course with their stats tuned for acv.
and
an elite anti ac group that only consists of custom combat helis, planes, and tanks.

How bout an old AC thats a ghost that can jam radar and FCS, all energy weapons, infinite energy, can phase through walls and fire guided ghost missiles.

Anyway, they can just recycle FA bosses really, Spirit of Motherwill can be like an LLL except you shoot at the primary core in order to kill it, all the while it sends out unlimited amounts of those flying MTs in the game.

Giga Base can be escorted by 2 St. Elmos, just so the St Elmos can't be beaten with just 1 shot from a Giga Cannon.

Cabracan can be a minelayer that burrows underground and sends out MTs while it's burrowed.

Hell, Great Wall can be a stage in itself because of its size.
