I'll start, MTs that combine to form a super MT with grenade cannons, laser cannons, AMS, Large missiles, and it can charge your AC.

it must have a theme song to while combining!

anyway

old armored core bosses like the various giant mts of course with their stats tuned for acv.
and
an elite anti ac group that only consists of custom combat helis, planes, and tanks.

How bout an old AC thats a ghost that can jam radar and FCS, all energy weapons, infinite energy, can phase through walls and fire guided ghost missiles.



Did I mention it's Stinger?

A giant heavy reverse joint AC!

Bangai O with all missile abilities.

Anyway, they can just recycle FA bosses really, Spirit of Motherwill can be like an LLL except you shoot at the primary core in order to kill it, all the while it sends out unlimited amounts of those flying MTs in the game.

Giga Base can be escorted by 2 St. Elmos, just so the St Elmos can't be beaten with just 1 shot from a Giga Cannon.

Cabracan can be a minelayer that burrows underground and sends out MTs while it's burrowed.

Hell, Great Wall can be a stage in itself because of its size.

For me Exusia is already an acceptable substitute. :p

Maybe a modernized version of the giant MT from AC1 (Remade in NX) which keeps on sliding on the ground:

Even an old school AC would make a formidable opponent for the little ACs.

How about a team of zodiacs? Like 12 of them at the same time. That would be pretty sick.

or an army of AF's. Or even Every Arena AC from every game at once.

A team of AC's with the size of a building, they can transform thenselves in parts of a bigger robot (arms, legs, head) and they form this kind of super megazord AC! (plays power ranger's original theme in the background)

How bout a Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann sized AC?

just throw Nine-Ball, Nine-Ball Seraph and Nine-Ball Seraph - AC: AA version, Vixen (Stinger's AC) , Phantasma, Big Whites (AC3: SL), IBIS (last boss AC3: SL), Massive MT (AC3), Pulverizers (AC: LR).
in ACV... let's see what will happen

Thats basically every AC2:AA secret boss. Also Char Aznable in all his mobile suits. Oh, wait what about all the Metal Slug bosses as well? God we need a crazy rambo smiley!
