Rant:
Nakakaiyak siya. Nakakainis. less than 4 months nalang kami magkasama-sama as a class. Hindi na ako magkakaroon ng klase na ganoon; sobrang lambing na kahit ano pwede - baka kase "tira-tira" kami ng mga klase nung 1st year. Mamimiss ko sila - sobra silang unique and close as a class na nagseselos ang mga ibang classes. Hindi lang sila mamimiss ko, ang buong batch ko at tiyaka mga kaibigan ko sa ibang batches

Ayaw ko pa mag-graduate. Pero gusto ko rin mag-college

rant: a bit of a hangover this morning coz i wasnt able to rehydrate as needed

*she's the artist behind My Little Chubbies. yes i was watching someone draw cute chubby ponies just after i woke up with a hangover, while drinking hot Jasmine tea. i really don't know what to make of that XD

just watched Princess and the frog in fox channel earlier

ahhh...one of my favorite animated movies XD one of the major reasons why i loved this movie aside the animation, unique story etc...is because of the song/musical numbers

thats how you use a musical number in a show it has to help progress the story the song itself needs to have a point or story

like when the song number with the croc or alligator , prince and the main character...kinda forgot their names sorry >_<

what does the song tell? What they desire after they become human
Will the story work without the song? Probably will but the song number helps fortify the story concept further
Does the studio have funds to add the song number if the necessary? yes
Does it have to be a song number? No but it will it more interesting

or the song number when they first meet firefly character...Ray was his name i think

what does the song tell? They were going the wrong way and Ray needed to show them the right direction
Will the story work without the song? No because without the song number the audience will wonder...how did they find their way to Mama Odie if the aligator/croc dude was leading them the wrong way
Does the studio have funds to add the song number if the necessary? Yes
Does it have to be a song number? No but it will it more interesting

now if you can answer at least the first 3 questions...go on talk to the director, voice talent, sound/design crew, senior storyboard artists...pretty much the head honchos and try make the song work and interesting to the GENERAL audience...its really best not to target a very very specific audience it will backfire one way or another

rave: got my Grado SR60i. definitely my type of headphones. fits perfectly, doesn't squeeze my glasses, cables are thick enough to strangle someone, sound is glorious.
rave: also got the Fiio E5. adds just the right bass boost.
rant: my player's output is too low to be properly amplified by the E5. then again it's around seven years old XD

its 7.5k for an iPod Nano 6G and the Grado + E5 was around 6k. i prioritized the cans since its been a few months since my clip-ons was busted. gonna try and see if i can convince some relatives to get me a new mp3 player for Christmas >
