Velarde admits to being the one who requested for the realignment of the C5 extension. Gov't couldn't pay for the right of way. So as a compromise, he asked that they realign the road to the perimeter of his property. I've actually known this for some time, but there just wasn't any proof yet. The gov't, though, has known of this all along. It's just that no one had the balls to bring this out. You know why? Cuz speaking ill of Mike Velarde is almost an auto-lose in this country.

A friend just made me realize that Noynoy is THE MAN.

- Didn't have to do anything in his job of 8 years.
- Lived off mommy for pretty much his whole life. Now lives off sister.
