One thing I'd be happy to be stuck on a deserted island would be a bunch of hamburgers. I practically grew up being fed Jollibee and Mc Donalds burgers half of my life. Pizza, and Hotdogs come in 2nd and 3rd.
But of course, that's just fast food... On to other dishes, I love curry a lot (the yellow, moderately spicy Indian variant, not the 5 alarm Thai green curry), as well as Sukiyaki. I'd like to try one of those huge German sausages as well one of these days as well. Pasta is on the list depending on thy type of sauce and noodles.
On the otherhand, my "Do not eat" list is pretty long... Which includes any form of shellfish and a lot of chinese and japanese dishes (You'd be surprised on how much shrimp and shellfish they put in most of them).
So, some recomendations...
Stuff to try before you die:
Big Apple Pizza: A small pizza place near my school that serves New York style pizzas, quite possibly the best pizzas I've tasted in my life.
Grams: An american 50's style restaurant. Serves huge portions (relative to other restaurants in the area, not Denny's size proportions though). Serves the best tasting burgers IMO (Pinoy style, where the meat has some flavor, ala Jollibee hamburgers).
Komoro Soba: Really nice Japanese Restaurant in the style of ramen houses in Japan. The prices are very very reasonable for the quality that they serve, plus their Katsudon is to die for.
Mr. Kebab: Located in Quezon ave. They serve my favorite meat-on-a-stick!
Stuff you can live without:
Fake Bacon, Bleh

I'll be happy to eat anything as long as...
1) They're not crustaceans...
2) Alive and Breathing...
3) Stands upright and Talks...
I like eating at Mama Leng's Tapsilogan in UE Recto...
Free Chili Sauce... Put ketchup and prepare for departure...
Very affordable too... P35 per meal?
I'd say lugi pa sila dun...

Oh yeah! It's on! Isang keema, isang chelo (sp? I forgot), solve na!
Ditto on the hamburgers. I'll take in any: Jollibee, McDo, BK, Wendy's, Burger Machine. Delicious food meant to be eaten with the hands.
Same with pizzas, as long as it's heavy on toppings. I'd go for places like Shakey's and Yellow Cab. Haven't tried Big Apple, but I heard it's good.
Japanese food, what can I say? I love the stuff. Sushi makes me happy. Sashimi makes me happy. Fried Japanese food like tempura makes me happy. Donburi makes me happy. And wasabi makes me go crazy, LOL.
I'm pretty happy eating buffalo wings too, especially the skin on these things. Awesome taste and texture, plus when you have some sour cream sauce laying around, it's a feast for the eyes and the tastebuds.
One thing I can't eat though (and which makes me very sad), is crab meat, or anything coming from crabs, like aligue (crab fat). The stuff is delicious, yes, but a few hours after eating it I never fail to get a stomach ache... and no, no diarreah or anything like that, but just a painful and irritating stomach ache, which leaves me unable to concentrate on anything at all. I've tried taking it little by little to build up my body's resistance to it's own reaction to the stuff, but somehow it just isn't working. Best alternative for me would be synthetic crab sticks, but they're like eating plastic. XP

Things I eat
Almost everything especially:
Pizzas (haven't tasted the Big Apple Pizza, I haven't seen it, but the name makes me drool) Anyway, Yellow Cab rulez!
Hawaiian something (I forgot the name, it's a burger and it's from Jolibee)
Things I don't eat
Stale or has something to do with uh... Should we say "excretion"? (well, most of them)
Hmm... Mama Leng's? Parang pamilyar yung lugar na iyon...

I found out I was not allergic to crabsticks, so yay!~ more food for me!
And there's a boat load of snacks in my room right now consisting of different flavors of Combos, Ruffles, Pik-Nik, and other obscure chips... And I tell people I'm on a diet >_<
Anyway, some more food discoveries.
I've tried out a place called "Joey Pepperoni" near Boni Avenue. It

I'm not much of food connosieur but these are the stuff i i usually try to get when i go out
Okuya's Katsudon
Wendy's Bacon Mushroom Melt
Tokyo Tokyo's Pork Tonkatsu and Potato balls (best when steaming hot)
Sinigang Express's Tapang Tapat
KFC's Chicken strips (damn, only a few branches still carry these)
Komoro Soba's Beef Ramen (just found this one in Megamall, i think it was near Toy Kingdom)
World Chicken's Baked Chicken (Glorietta 4, i get mine with garlic rice and mashed potatoes)
A few out-of-the-way places to eat:
Dawang's Place in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte - Best roast pork and beef paksiw i've ever tasted in my life. I try to eat here at least once whenever i'm in town.
Marsha's Royal Bibingka in Bantay, Ilocos Sur - The bibingkas they make are to die for. Just the right amount of sweetness plus the stickiness and texture make you coming back for more.
Oasis in San Fernando, La Union - Actually, its a hotel but the restaurant and stopover is beside it. The arroz caldo they serve here hasn't changed through the more than fifteen years they've been in business. Its still heavenly, plus the chicken pieces are huge.
Some porkchop shop in Laguna - I can't remember where exactly in Laguna or what the name was (being drunk can really wreak havoc on your memories) but i swear, the porkchops they had were simply incredible. Fried just right with a slight hint of pepper and vinegar, i had to restrain myself from going for a third order. If memory serves, it was featured in FHM sometime last year.
That's enough for now. Leperman was right, all that food is making me hungry. I'm going for that pack of Japanese Ramen my uncle brought back from Japan.

I usually eat alot since Im larger than a lot of people I know. I will most usually eat:
Pizza, been fed it most of my life and I generally cant go a week without having atleast 5-6 slices (lol) or else Id prolly kill over...
Hotdogs, I love hotdogs. I will eat all hot dogs as long as they arent Ballpark Franks because...well...they are nasty to me.
Hamburgers, their hamburgers, do I need to say more?
I also eat an assortment of vegetables and fruits but there are a few things I will not eat.
Raw carrots/brocoli/califlower because I dont really like uncooked vegetables.
Mushrooms, me and shroomies just dont gel well together if you get what im saying, lol.

UCC's appropriately named "Cliffhanger" sandwich.
Anyway, its made of 3 big slices of french toast (as in the big slices, not the ones you see bagged in the supermarket), with the top half of the sandwich having bacon and egg laced with some mayo, while the bottom half had chicken breast meat with mozzarella cheese. Then they dip the whole sandwich in some batter and deep fry the whole thing till its golden brown. The sandwich is about 3 inches tall, 6 inches wide, and 6 inches in length.
Its P220 for a whole sandwich!
Share to survive (seriously).
My friend and I shared half a sandwich. I started getting chest pains when I got back home fom UCC and my friend gaind 1lb the day after. It was pain... delicious tasty pain.
It kinnda remindes some people of this:
