Storybird just got a lot less fun.
I have to ask, why not let the children decide what they want to read? Society today is always coddling children. This is like refusing to teach sex education, or letting children take a bus alone, or not allowing to play in the garden because it might be dirty.
Granted, my (and nix') story was more adult oriented, but I'd argue that if a kid actually gets the terms and wants to read it, he/she should be allowed to. There's nothing wrong with letting them know that killing and torturing small fluffy animals is wrong!
