First comment on that article has a point though. You can never really tell sometimes if youre doing a great job or not so usually what I do is I dont give my job the best unless it really requires me to do so. That way I just get what I paid and treated for and at the same time, it isnt stressful.

The main article does not give enough details. I hear similar stories all the time, and they always come out incredibly biased in favor of the employee who is always assumed to be completely innocent.
