PACT Regulations for LR
Okay I guess that's pretty much final.

Tanks CAN have hangered guns for UA except if the UA is on the LHT leg set.

I'm pretty sure the last two are allowed, even more so because they are not top-tier (and so are not prone to being banned).

The Roc4's already been covered in the first post.

TP Boosters
(1)CAN only be equipped on designs WITH a blade on the left arm or parry blades on the right arm. (the blade must be on the arm itself, and not hangered)

(2)TP may be used in conjunction with LEMUR2 or LORIS for as long as a blade is on the left arm or a parry blade is on the right arm.

uh, what about tp on an ob core?

Despite the disadvantages that you think TP brings to an OB-equipped core, a player can just slap on an OB core for the sake of having the TP, and not use the OB. Same thing. Tongue

Well having TP would only make overboosting even more impractical... I don't really mind though.

Here's a thought.

It occurred to me that many of us use the sound effects in the game as guides for the actions available to us, with the beeping sound made when the generator's redzone is being used coming to mind.

The audio can also serve as guides for what the opponent can do.

Case in point: when one player is genbusted, the other one who will most probably be sitting in close proximity to him or her will hear this. Bad times, especially in a tourney setting where everyone is playing to win. No quarter will be given, in other words. And this advantage comes from... err...

pangongomsat ng tenga. Tongue

My suggestion is, use TVs that have headphone jacks in them, so that the player and only the player will hear the beeps coming in from his or her end. He or she'll be unaware of what the other player is going through save for using the powers of sheer observation. That in itself is a skill, after all.

This, however, brings about another issue. Wala nang maririnig yung spectators.

Does anyone know of a way to use headphones on a TV set and still broadcast the sound to peripheral speakers through wires of some sort? More importantly though, is this whole thing really an issue for you guys to begin with?

Comments please.

It's ok if spectators don't hear it...
They see it naman eh...

We can do that, but not with what we currently have...

I don't really know that, but I think it depends on the speakers. Heh, my speaker's sound actually splits up if you put the headphones. I think it's because my speaker has two wires to connect. Replacing the 'sub' wire of the speaker with your headset'll split the sound up from the Base speaker to your headphones.
