I'll stick to severing/breaking/tearing injuries:
I severed a tendon in a finger when I was a lil' tyke.
I fractured a pinky in grade school.
I tore the tendons in both wrists in a gymnastics accident in my second year of college. I don't have full use of my arms anymore!
I broke my right ankle last year.
And of course...
...arthritis in both hands from too much fighting and AC playing. This (and the torn tendons) didn't become a major issue until after SL period though...you can probably see what I mean if you compare my SL replays to my LR replays.
