<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">The name:</span> I'm really embarrassed to admit but RX18 is a code that the girl and I use. R stands for Reginald, X is for XL (yes, that's her real name), and 18 is our anniversary. Rx is also used in the field of medicine and made it easier to hide our relationship while she was still working here in the Middle East. Even more embarrassing to admit, Caleb (one of the two faithful scouts, the other being Joshua, who returned to Moses after a recon mission to Canaan) is the name we are planning to give our first male child in the future.<br />

<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">The build:</span> I'm paper-thin, seriously. Someone with medium missiles once flanked me and it only took two volleys to take me down. I ate Flau's mini-Sawa and BR in free battle and I went down in less than a couple of minutes. This is not a "hero" build. It works best with support from Arrui's CIWS, Zeph's and Flau's presence (Kuroko...err, Arrui is a terrible decoy), or Zero's plasma gun that obstructs their field of vision.<br />
<br />
I have 24 shots with the Weapon Arms, each doing 2 - 4k or 4 - 8k (if both shells connect) damage each depending on the enemy's CE defense but with low muzzle velocity. The patch improved the lock-on time and it is now comparable to a battle rifle's. Works best on heavies, tanks, and even quads (I love quads that just hover and snipe people, I get 3 shots in before they even notice me so that's 12k damage in just 5 or 6 seconds). Lightweights can be hit up close on occasion and if it does, it knocks them out of the air and gives me another free hit.<br />
<br />
The pile is either used at the very beginning or when I'm being outgunned while equipped with the Heat Cannons. I used to have a blade on the right arm but I replaced it with a PMG for those pesky LW bladers.<br />
<br />
In the short time I used this build, here is what usually happens:<br />

			<description><![CDATA[I guess it's about time I posted my staple AC design as well. This AC was inspired by AC4/AC4A pilot Serene Haze and Komurasaki from Unbreakable Machine Doll. It is intended for a support fire role; laying cover fire, luring enemy ACs, and draining enemy AP to induce stress while the killers go about their business. I have been playing like this ever since I joined you guys and have gotten a little more used to it. The frame itself should be versatile enough to adapt to any close to mid range loadout. Some background before the actual information (skip if you so wish):<br />
What started out as a simple wanting of an effective Armored Core, which was decent in Armored Core V due to ignorance of the best way to tune (I just went with whatever improved the most on my AC then, so it was pretty weak in the DEF specs due to focusing on unimportant aspects), changed drastically - and for the better - as I joined you kind folk in the Raven Republic team on Verdict Day.  It's gone through its trials, its tribulations, and it had to go through many a change in everything - I had to ditch my Gatling gun, and now my load out is MUCH more well-rounded, and it even had a brief period of time going from Heavy Bipedal to Heavy TETRAPOD, which was certainly a bit of a change for me to adjust to.  Nevertheless, with the VERY helpful assistance from Arrui and R.Leonhardt, the insight I gained from their advice, and the battle skill I acquired from this absolutely unforgiving lovable-nightmare-of-a-game that nearly competes with Dark Souls as "Most Difficult Game Ever", this AC has gone beyond its predecessor from the game before, performing miraculous feats left and right, proving its strength in the battlefield.  It may be considered done, but with the new parts that start coming in as I grow in pilot rank... <br />
the journey to the end of the cycle of Hyperion's development continues to elude me.  There's still work to be done.<br />

2) Defeating 4 Reaper Squad Soldiers in one run without any assistance, human or UNAC, one first and then the other 3 all at once, and THEN causing Maggy (Blue Magnolia) to retreat after running out of ammo and doing one daring Boost Charge.<br />
3) Defeating the final boss N-WGIX ("Black Glint", as some call him) with 5K AP left and a lack of ammo.<br />
-All of these are practically miracles, but the AC's performance has significantly increased because, well, I've gotten a lot better at this game-<br />

3) Defeating the final boss N-WGIX ("Black Glint", as some call him) with 5K AP left and a lack of ammo.<br />
-All of these are practically miracles, but the AC's performance has significantly increased because, well, I've gotten a lot better at this game-<br />

I'm preparing this one for the patch if we ever get it. I love Tolima legs and seeing Hell Heart use one made me want to use it again. LOL. It's the only leg type I used in ACV along with gatling guns, pilebunkers, and CIWS. <br />

1700 KE, 1413 CE, and 2429 TE defense. Will that be enough? I'm quite mobile but I haven't field tested this thoroughly and might end up succumbing to triple battle rifles (tested it on some UNACs with triple battle rifles and medium missiles in the workshop and I can't win against them in a damage race).<br />
<br />
Weapons: I have a Strek and Tansy in the image but I found the muzzle velocity leaves a lot to be desired. I can only hit heavies and tanks with it from more than 100 range even with orange lock. I can wield a Karasawa or a gatling gun and triple-shot battle rifle but I'm open to other suggestions.<br />
<br />
Medium missiles are powerful and can easily knock out anything it is effective against (8 missiles per volley and hits more often than not). The only problem I have with it is ammo.<br />

So yeah, I need comments and some tests in free battle one of these days.]]></description>

Although the image shows me wielding a battle rifle, I already replaced that with a sniper rifle since it's easier to hit with it than the former. Also, I usually wear a shield on my left arm during the start for extra protection since I take a bit of time scanning enemies before picking a target to chase.<br />

I'm loving the laser rifles. I tried both the AM/LRA-229 and Murasaki mdl. 3 and had success with both but I seem to favor the Murasaki more because of the lower usage and charge time. I used to have a battle rifle on the left arm but the muzzle velocity leaves a lot to be desired so I just went with a high-powered sniper rifle with almost the same muzzle velocity as the laser rifle. It's also easier to fire the sniper every 2 or 3 shots of the laser rifle than using something else with a higher rate of fire. I still have a pilebunker (now the 60k one) for hitting unsuspecting tanks and, of course, killing teammates. <br />
<br />
I've been watching everyone play and I think I've found a play-style that suits me. I used to jump around, trying to land 6 BR shots up-close with blue lock (and wasting ammo) but using the laser rifle taught me to position myself a bit better (somewhere out of the enemy's sights) and keep a somewhat steady aim before firing. I also love chasing panicked opponents now and the laser rifle works wonders in picking the last bit of AP they have left. Being a lightweight also allows me to chase them much easier than as a middleweight. Got so many kills as a merc for Vagrant Guns doing that last night (normal sorties).]]></description>

About time I uploaded my AC xD<br />
<br />
So far this is the one I have the most fun piloting, and rather most efficient for my playstyle, it rarely changes layout for most missions (save for the long ones -_- ) but it was built with killing an AC in mind.<br />
<br />
I have the Kara for softening up a big target, rifle for prolonged engagements. While on the left is a murakumo for close range and <br />
BR for when I CQC is a dangerous option. I ran with energy blades for a time, but somehow I enjoy using the physical blade instead, plus they don't consume energy that's better off used for getting out of dodge.<br />

This hasn't gone up against a human opponent yet (thesis doesn't quite let me go online for extended periods) I had an earlier version but this by far surpasses it.<br />

Quite frankly, I enjoyed putting 'design' to this, inspired by Jehuty/Tron lines. Still trying to get a hang of the decal/emblem controls before I dare attempt making some drawing emblems. <br />
<br />
Also, is this thing a cookie cutter of sorts? I haven't dabbled long enough online to find out what's overused and what's not. Any comments on this setup?]]></description>

It turns out to be a much more superior design.<br />
