Perhaps it is time.
Last time i bought one was for Warfraft III. Now i guess for Starcraft 2? Not just the game but the POWAH of the hardware that can run it.

There are other programs that change your desktop's layout. The one I'm using is Litestep (still using it cuz the shortcut menus and the layout itself suits me).

The others (like rainmeter, object/rocket dock, etc) are just applications that run automatically after boot (depending on your startup settings, but normally it should).
