This AC looks hauntingly familiar to my Obelisk AC from Silent Line, if you still remember it. Hahah
Anyways, Maitreya and I tried it out. It's got some serious defense while having serious close-range firepower. But we found that it had difficulty against range controlling snipers. But maybe you use it differently from how we did.
Anyways, here are some suggestions:
I think the A2 arms might be better. You lose quite a bit of shell defense but almost everything else improves.
I also understand that you've got the VOLUTE to make sure that all your shots count. But I think that VOLUTE2 or F73H will be better here because you'll be able to use your missiles from a greater distance to force opponents to go closer.
And maybe I'd use DRONE for the head but that's a matter of choice.
Everything else I'll keep as is. RL and BP can hold their own in mid-range and the SELENA discourages anyone from going too close while your missiles can pressure from afar. Turning speed leaves a lot to be desired though. Overall, good job.
