Thats probably a limited edition, or a japan exclusive model like the red gaea & black selena.

Checking out Kotobukiya's site, the new weapon kits that'll be available by april really got me drooling.
<a href='http://www.hlj.com/product/KBYAW-10' target='_blank'>Weapon kit 10</a> has a PIXIE3 machine gun, an LB2 blade and i think an RP2 rocket launcher.
<a href='http://www.hlj.com/product/KBYAW-11' target='_blank'>Weapon kit 11</a> has what looks like a FENRIR sniper rifle and an HP handgun
And the last, <a href='http://www.hlj.com/product/KBYAW-12' target='_blank'>Weapon kit 12</a> contains the almighty LX cannon!
