Floyd's a troll. LOL

Manny's side has wanted Mayweather for a long time, even before the Cotto fight. I'm looking to see if I can find a quote of Manny saying that he wants to fight Floyd, so I can post that all over the internet and into his face. Hahaha

The same trolling put into writing.

What do I have to say? If you wanna sell something more, you add controversy. That must be the promoter's words spoken through Mayweather.

I'm sure Mayweather feels quite insecure since Manny has brought down every single opponent he has fought, and has had more fights.

Going by numbers, Floyd has had 40 fights, 100% win ratio and 62.5% are TKO. Manny has done 55 fights, 92% Win, 76% are TKO. Manny is younger yet has more experience on the ring. I'm thinking more about how Floyd'll lose vs who will win. And wow, I can't believe he tried to 1-up Manny on the last few seconds of his interview. Add more to flame eh?

I just want Manny to permanently break Mayweather's face. If he does at least that, I won't care even if he loses.

I think that's more a demonstration of their contrasting styles. FM likes to wear his opponents down while taking minimal damage, while Pacquiao prefers to dish maximum damage ASAP (not to say that he's impatient).

Cotto = Quad with Railgun
Mayweather = Defensive Midweight with Pixie2 and Silky
Manny = Midweight OB Biped with RL and Griffon

(talking from a Grand Chase POV)

As with anything that has winrates in count, every 100% winrate-er has one fear - to lose for the first time. On top of that, people with that winrate in-game often pick their opponents. No wonder Floyd's being a wuss, by saying stuff like "He's nobody, why would I fight him?"

Also, Floyd's fighting style justifies his winrate - Hit and run. I think he's been developing his evasion the most because the one thing that can catch him off guard is a massive punch out of nowhere, which coincidentally is Pacquiao's mastery.

Even if he does lose if they meet in the ring, knowing Floyd's personality, he'll just shun it off because "Pacquiao just got lucky." or "He's on steroids!" or "He's cheating!" or whatever.

I like that analysis Shin. It succinctly captures Floyd's strategy - pick and choose his battles, hit and run. Not a bad strategy per se, but when it's coupled with avoiding matches because of money issues (fighting for the sake of money, not for the sake of the fight), it tends to paint the boxer in a bad light. Add to that the meteoric rise of Manny to the headlines, and you get Floyd as he is now: the heel in this situation.
